Puerto Plata because it is surrounded by mountains on the east and south sides (protection from terrible weather). We stayed at the Paradise Beach Club Resort and the all inclusive was very reasonable. The staff their is friendly, the food was fantastic, and the beach was right out our patio door. Take my advise, if you go, take a taxi to the waterfalls. You get to climb up 7 falls (with guids) and then ride the water back down. It was the best thing ever. Honeymoon the word itself seems to be so romantic and for honeymoon couples it deserves a great respect and meaning. Couples to make the honeymoon vacation a lifetime experience they choose for a place were the beauty of nature and the environment is full of romance.
