A Brief History of Ice Cream Sep 02
Ice cream is now fallen from almost every country on earth, but it was not always so. Apparently frozen water will need to do it, and it was not easy for most people until fairly regularly. There are many examples in the ancient history of snow and ice is seasoned and served as a treat to. If you do not live much on a mountain, or in extremely cold climate, then the domain was close to the rich as they were the only people who could afford to develop space for the rapidly melting ice.

Many legends have developed to explain the invention. Some say the Chinese, the technique of mixing ice and water, and churning milk, developed under the freezing point of water. Quite similar to themselves was consumed almost certainly in the courts of medieval Europe, but here it seems to have been limited to only the rich.

It was not until 18 Century, we recorded evidence of real ice cream being made and eaten. Various publications of London in England and France have recipes before, that are very similar to what we enjoy writing to this day. The flavors were similar, with strawberries, a favorite.

Quaker immigrants have the recipe in the United States, is probably written down around them. The popularity of desserts spread quickly and by the time of the Declaration of Independence, America’s elite were known to enjoy the treat regularly after meals.

Inventions such as the hand crank ice cream freezer dramatically reduces the time and effort required for the production. More and more people began to enjoy it regularly, until it explodes popularity with the invention of electric freezers, the easy storage and transport of below the melting point of ice and ice.

At that time it was a favorite place around the world and enjoyed by millions, and not just a wealthy elite.
